Crown House are appointing Krisco to produce the O&M Manuals for the major refurbishment works at the Bristol Dental Hospital, which is shortly to be handed back to the hospital.

Notingham based M&E Services contractor DH Fathers are apointing Krisco to produce the O&M Manuals for their new projets in Birmingham and Derby

Midlands startup Adept-Tech have appointed Krisco to produce another O&M Manual. This is for the Aylesbury New Lodge project for Bromford Housing.

Costing in the region of £10 million, the striking new purpose-built accommodation will transform the existing facilities for individuals, homeless families and residents who have made the Lodge their home for several years.

The redevelopment, to be named Griffin Place, will provide 105 rooms and flats including a ‘family crash pad’ (a double bedroom, two single beds, a kitchen and shower) available for families requiring immediate housing. Residents will live in distinct buildings with separate secure entrances and beautifully landscaped outdoor spaces offering a high level of support for residents from a central reception area, on-site management team and facilities for training and for family support. The majority of homes will have their own kitchens and bathrooms and will offer a lifestyle as close to a normal domestic environment as possible.

London specialist fit-out building contractor Collins Construction have appointed Krisco to produce the O&M Manuals for their projects. These will cover a wide range of sizes of fit-out projects for a number of prestigous clients.

First up is Wyndham Court.

Mechanical building services contractor, Silverline, have instructed Krisco to produce the O&M Manual for the mechanical services for their new Moorhouse project in London Wall.

The manual will cover the full range of mechanical services, including coling, heating and ventilation.

Moorhouse is an office development in the City of London at the corner of Moorgate and London Wall.

New client, mechanical services contractor, George Birchall have appointed Krisco to produce the O&M Manuals for their Northumberland Park project. This is a Metronet facility in Tottenham, London.

The project covers mechanical building services for the accomodation block. Services includes cooling, heating, toilet extract ventilation and fan coil ventilation with energy heat recovery.

The Victoria line’s Northumberland Park Depot takes its name from the Earl of Northumberland’s former estate and is unique in being located away from the line it serves. It is situated north of Tottenham Hale station, alongside the National Rail line between Liverpool Street and Bishops Stortford, and is the only above-ground section of the Victoria line.

Crown House have appointed Krisco to produce the electronic O&M Manuals, in a rapid turnaround, for the new Cardiff International Sports Village swimming pool. This forms part of the complex of sporting activities which include a new Ice Rink, Snowdome and Whitewater facilities. the pool building has large areas of glazing, looking out over Cardiff Bay.

The services include the full range of electrical and mechanical services, with specialised air handling plant and ductwork treatment.

The venue will comprise the following facilities:

• 50m / 25m x 10 Lane International Championship Swimming Pool with precision timing
• Two moveable booms to accomodate 3 x 25m Training Pools
• A separate 25m x 4 lane warm up / warm down area within the Leisure Waters
• Spectator seating for 1,000
• Quality Village Change area incorporating separate team / school changing areas
• 110 station, state of the art fitness facility plus two dance / activity studios
• Health Suite
• An International Family Leisure Water Area incorporating ‘Space Bowl’, ‘Lazy River’ and Flumes
• Restaurant and Creche

Interserve of Bournemouth have instructed Krisco to produce the Operation & Maintenance Manuals for their IBM North Harbourside - Lakeside 1000 project in Portsmouth. This is to cover the production of both the electrical and mechanical services O&M Manuals.

1000 Lakeside provides office accommodation over ground and 3 upper floors, each of approximately 72,000 sq ft, refurbished to provide new suspended ceilings, recessed lighting, carpets and air conditioning.
