How we Work

We require specifications, drawings, copies of purchase orders and equipment schedules in order to produce the o&m manuals. Once we have these documents we can commence work on the manuals.

The Operation & Maintenance Manuals are normally produced in a BSRIA style, although they can be produced to any style or format to suit client requirements.

Manuals can be produced in hard copy, electronic on cd or dvd-rom or web based through a browser. Electronic manuals can be produced in folder style in WORD or PDF formats to replicate the hard copy manuals or in hyperlinked WORD or PDF formats either as separate files or a single document.

Krisco obtain all relevant manufacturers information to write and produce Operation and Maintenance Manuals. From standby electrical generators, transformers, boiler and chiller plant, ventilation equipment such as air handling plant, fans and distribution equipment to terminations such as socket outlets, switches, radiators, fan coil units, grilles and air diffusers.
